Questions service business owners ask
I do not have time for marketing. How long does this take?
Send the photos you already take. PopJar makes the post. You read it, say yes, and post it. The writing and the picture are its work, not yours.
Can I post a photo of a customer's house?
Only with their yes. When a picture shows a customer's home or a person, PopJar asks whether you have their permission before it uses it, and records your answer.
Will it make up a price or a warranty?
PopJar is built not to make things up. It will not write a price, a warranty, a review or a result it did not get from you. If it cannot say something, it tells you and asks for the real thing.
Does PopJar post it for me?
Not today. Once you approve a post, you save the picture, copy the words, and post it to Facebook, Instagram or Google Business yourself. Scheduled posting is being built and is not switched on yet.
Will this bring me more calls?
PopJar does not promise that. PopJar is building reports on what a post brings in. They are not switched on yet. Until they are, PopJar shows you nothing rather than a guess.
