PopJar for a business that makes or sells food or drink
The food is ready by six. The post is still not written at midnight.
You cook, bake, pour or plate things people come back for. The best thing you made today was gone by the time the kitchen closed, and the only picture of it is on your phone. PopJar turns that photo into a finished post before the dish is gone.
Free for 14 days, no card. Nothing posts without your yes, and you post it yourself.
Your week, and where the post goes missing
Prep starts before the sun is up. The lunch rush, a late delivery, a special you sold out of by two. The one photo you took of it sits in your phone next to forty others. By close you are too tired to write a single line under it.
When you do try, it comes out stiff, or you stare at the box and give up. The last tool you tried wrote about a brunch you do not offer and a patio you do not have. So the special went unposted, and tomorrow it is a different special.
Step by step
What you hand PopJar, and what comes back
You send
A photo of the dish, your counter or your room, as they are today.
PopJar makes
A finished post with your photo and one clear next step: call, come in or order. Built from how you talk, with your logo and colors on it. You check it and say yes, then you post it.
You send
A voice note between the lunch and dinner rush: what you made, what is in it, who it is for.
PopJar makes
PopJar writes it back to you first so you can see it understood. Then it makes the post from what you said, and nothing you did not say. No ingredient, price or opening hour it did not get from you.
You send
A short clip of the plate going out, the pour, or the oven door opening.
PopJar makes
A short video built from your own footage, with your words on screen so it works with the sound off. Nothing stock, and no picture of food that is not yours.
Then you save the picture, copy the words, and post it yourself. PopJar does not post anything for you today; scheduled posting is being built and is not switched on yet.
The difference
What PopJar learns about you and your work
A tool that does not know your place writes about a brunch you do not offer, a patio you do not have, and a happy hour you never ran. PopJar shows you every line it learned, you fix any that are wrong, and every post is built from those lines and your photos. That is the difference between a post about your food and a post about food.
- Your business name and your menu, read from your website or the menu you give it.
- Where you are, and whether you deliver or cater.
- Where to send people: your phone, your order link or your page.
- Your colors and your logo, so every post looks like your place.
- How you talk about your food: proud and plain, or warm and chatty. PopJar reads it from your own words.
- Your real photos of your food, your counter and your room. PopJar works from them and never swaps in a stock picture.
- You check each line and fix anything that is wrong, in plain words.
This month
Six posts you could make this month
Plain ideas, not PopJar’s writing. Each one starts with something you already have on your phone.
- The dish people come back for, photographed on the plate, in the light of your own room.
- What is in the special this week, and the one thing that makes it yours.
- The person behind the counter at six in the morning, and what they are making.
- A plain post about how to order ahead on the busiest night of the week.
- The thing you sold out of, with the day it comes back.
- Your hours for the holiday, in one picture, before anyone has to ask.

Questions food and drink owners ask
I am in the kitchen all day. When would I do this?
Send the photo you already took of the plate. PopJar makes the post. You read it, say yes, and post it. The writing and the picture are its work, not yours.
My photos are just phone shots of the counter. Is that enough?
Yes. PopJar is built from the photos you take on an ordinary day: the dish, the counter, the room as it looks right now. It never swaps in a stock picture of someone else's food.
Will it make up a price, an ingredient or a special?
PopJar is built not to make things up. It will not write a price, an ingredient, an opening hour or a review it did not get from you. If it cannot say something, it tells you and asks for the real thing.
Can I post a photo with guests in it?
Only with their yes. When a picture shows a person, PopJar asks whether you have their permission before it uses it, and records your answer. Your own food, counter and room need no permission at all.
Does PopJar post it for me?
Not today. Once you approve a post, you save the picture, copy the words, and post it to Facebook, Instagram or Google Business yourself. Scheduled posting is being built and is not switched on yet.
Will this bring in more guests?
PopJar does not promise that. PopJar is building reports on what a post brings in. They are not switched on yet. Until they are, PopJar shows you nothing rather than a guess.
