PopJar for a consultant, coach, accountant or other advisor

Your best work happens in a meeting. Nobody else sees it.

You advise, coach, consult or keep the books. The work that matters most happens on a call, in a meeting or in a spreadsheet, and none of it is a thing you can photograph. PopJar turns a photo of you and one sentence about a client you helped into a finished post. No client is named.

Your week, and where the post goes missing

Monday is three client calls and a deadline. Wednesday is a workshop. Friday is the month-end close. Posting is on the list every week, and every week it loses to a client, because a client is a person waiting and a post is not. By the end of the month your page has a logo on it, the date you joined, and nothing else.

When you do try, the hard part is not the writing. It is what you are allowed to say. A client's story is not yours to tell. A number out of context can get you in trouble. And putting your own face on a post feels like showing off. So most advisors post nothing, and the ones who do post quotes that could be anyone's.

Step by step

What you hand PopJar, and what comes back

  1. You send

A photo of you, or of your office, and a sentence about a client you helped recently. Never a client's papers.

    PopJar makes

A finished post with your photo, a first line that names a question clients bring you, and one clear next step: book a call at your link. No client is named. It is built from how you talk. Run it past any review your work needs, then post it yourself.

  2. You send

A voice note between meetings: the question clients keep asking you this month, and how you answer it.

    PopJar makes

PopJar writes it back to you first so you can see it understood. Then it makes the post from what you said, and nothing you did not say. If you did not give it a number or a rule, it does not put one in.

  3. You send

A short clip of you talking to the camera, or a photo of your desk on a deadline day.

    PopJar makes

A short video built from your own clip, with your words on screen so it works with the sound off. Nothing stock, and no voice that is not yours.

Then you save the picture, copy the words, and post it yourself. PopJar does not post anything for you today; scheduled posting is being built and is not switched on yet.

The difference

What PopJar learns about you and your work

A tool that does not know you writes about a service you do not offer, in a tone you would never use, with a promise you are not allowed to make. PopJar shows you every line it learned, you fix any that are wrong, and every post is built from those lines, your photos and your own words. It does not know the rules of your profession, and it never claims to. What it does is write only from what you gave it, and wait for your yes.

  • Your business name and what you actually do, read from your website: coaching, consulting, tax, law, planning or something else.
  • Where your clients are: a city, a region, or anywhere online.
  • Your colors and your logo, so every post looks like yours.
  • How you talk: careful and precise, or warm and plain. PopJar reads it from your own words.
  • Your real photos: you, your office, your desk. PopJar works from them and never swaps in a stock picture.
  • Where to send people: a booking link, your phone number or your website.
  • You check each line and fix anything that is wrong, in plain words.

This month

Six posts you could make this month

Plain ideas, not PopJar’s writing. Each one starts with something you already have on your phone.

  1. The one question clients ask you most, answered in two plain lines.
  2. A photo of you on the day a big deadline closes, and what the week looked like.
  3. One mistake you see people make before they come to you, and what it costs them.
  4. How a first call with you actually goes, step by step, so nobody has to guess.
  5. A thing you changed your mind about this year, and why.
  6. A thank-you to the clients who trusted you with something hard, with no names.

Questions advisors and coaches ask

I bill by the hour. How long does this take me?

Send a photo you already have and a sentence about something you did. PopJar makes the post. You read it, say yes, and post it. The writing and the picture are its work. The checking is yours.

I work under rules. Can I trust what it writes?

PopJar writes only from what you gave it, and you approve every word before you post it. It does not add a number, a promise or a result you did not give it. It does not know the rules of your profession and does not claim to, so the final check is yours, the same as for anything you write yourself.

Can I post about a client I helped?

Yes, without their name. Send only what is yours to share, never a client's papers, and leave the name out. PopJar writes the post around the question they came with and what changed, not who they were.

I do not want to be on camera.

You do not have to be. A photo of your office, your desk or your notes works. If you ever want to use a photo of yourself, that works too, and PopJar never makes a picture of you that you did not take.

Does PopJar post it for me?

Not today. Once you approve a post, you save the picture, copy the words, and post it yourself, wherever your page is. Scheduled posting is being built and is not switched on yet.

Will this bring me clients?

PopJar does not promise that. PopJar is building reports on what a post brings in. They are not switched on yet. Until they are, PopJar shows you nothing rather than a guess.
